  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. For the crisp topping, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, toss diced apples with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese with granulated sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and milk.
  7. Combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed; fold in apples.
  8. Layer half of the batter in the pan, add cheesecake filling, top with remaining batter, and sprinkle crisp topping.
