1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Add chicken pieces and toss until coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
