  • 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F). For electric non-fan ovens, set it to 200C (390F).
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry and spread evenly.
  3. Top with chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, fresh thyme leaves, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
  4. Roll up each pastry sheet tightly. Cut each roll in half lengthwise and twist into a coil shape.
  5. Place twisted pastries on baking paper. Brush with milk for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with extra thyme leaves and serve warm.
