  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Grate or cut in the cold butter until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Stir in the cold milk until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Pat the dough to about 1-inch thickness on a floured surface and cut out rounds.
