  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; remove from heat.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Lay tortillas flat; distribute the beef mixture evenly, sprinkle cheeses on top, then roll tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice if desired and serve warm.
