  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Hollow out the tops of Kaiser rolls to create bowls.
  4. Brush the insides of the rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  5. Toast the bread bowls at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly crisp.
  6. Combine cooked chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Fill each bread bowl with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
