  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. Return the chicken to the skillet. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and optional red pepper flakes; pour over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
