  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter with brown sugar until boiling.
  4. Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top; allow to melt slightly before spreading.
