  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup toasted pecans (chopped)
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 6 oz peanut butter chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant; let cool.
  3. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  6. Gradually blend dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
  7. Fold in oats, corn flakes, cooled pecans, coconut flakes, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips.
  8. Chill dough for at least one hour before scooping onto prepared sheets.
  9. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden around edges but still soft in the center.
