  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 30-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and drained
  • 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef sausage and turkey bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Mix in milk and eggs, followed by ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake covered for about 50–60 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving warm.
