Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
