  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and evenly divide the chicken mixture among them. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip to cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly before slicing in half, and serve warm.
