  • 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), grated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook until softened (5–7 minutes).
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and season with salt and pepper until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat; let cool slightly before mixing in grated cheese and cream cheese.
  6. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares.
