  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt

  • Oil (for frying)
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 12 French baguettes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with flour mixed with smoked paprika in one bowl, whisked eggs in another, and panko crumbs mixed with seasonings in the third.
  3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Fry the breaded chicken cutlets in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain on a wire rack.
  5. Assemble sandwiches by spreading dressing on sliced baguettes, adding crispy chicken cutlets followed by chopped romaine dressed in Caesar dressing.
