Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
  • 21/2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips (drained)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and three tablespoons of melted butter until smooth. Spread half of this mixture over the bottom half of the rolls and reserve the rest for later.
  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese on the bottom rolls, followed by chicken, pulled beef, dill pickle chips, and top with remaining cheese. Press down gently.
  5. Bake uncovered for about ten minutes until warm. Meanwhile, mix remaining melted butter with garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and salt; brush this mixture over the top of the sliders.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
