Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour
  • granulated sugar
  • baking powder
  • ground cinnamon
  • salt
  • milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • vegetable oil
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs
  • brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs; whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and additional ground cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the swirl mixture. Gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
