  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture; stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon dough into muffin cups until about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle tops with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; rotate halfway through baking.
