  • 2 cups diced onion
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 3 teaspoons poultry seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions and celery until tender.
