  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce substitute
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled – optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce substitute, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Layer grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, and additional toppings if desired on tortillas.
  5. Roll tightly and slice in half before serving.
