- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce substitute
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled – optional)
- Toss shrimp in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce substitute, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
