  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 low-calorie whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken breast and place it in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine the buffalo mixture with shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15–20 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat, add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture, top with cheese and optional toppings.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Optionally, pan-sear burritos seam-side down for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
