  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
