  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed (4 tbsp for cooking and 4 tbsp added later)
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted and coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  7. Allow pralines to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
