  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion until softened (about 3-4 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back into the skillet; toss gently to coat in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover for 2-3 minutes until melted.
