  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until crumbly. Add oats and mix gently.
  4. Crumble oat mixture over peach filling and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
