  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 10 Turkey Bacon slices, crisply cooked and crumbled, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts, divided
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together brown sugar and butter until creamy. Stir in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined. Fold in crumbled turkey bacon and chopped peanuts.
  4. Spread the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top during the last minute of baking until melted; spread evenly.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
