Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh pineapple slices
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • Honey
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh ginger, grated
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts well and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
