  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
