  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh thyme (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Wash and slice pears in half lengthwise; remove the core.
