  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (or Gorgonzola)
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice each pear in half lengthwise, scooping out the core gently.
