  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seafood: Melt ½ tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic for about a minute. Add lobster and crab meat; cook until heated through, then set aside.
  2. Make the filling: In a bowl, combine seafood mixture with cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook the pasta: Following package instructions, cook jumbo shells until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
  4. Prepare the sauce: In the skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat, whisk in flour to form a roux. Gradually add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until creamy.
  5. Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some cheese sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff shells with filling and arrange snugly in dish. Pour remaining sauce over the stuffed shells.
