  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  5. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze mixture over the fillets.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
