  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 34 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (cold)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth. Pour into a greased pan and bake until set.
  2. For the spice cake layer, cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix in oil and egg before adding flour and spices. Bake until golden brown.
  3. On a serving platter, layer the store-bought pumpkin pie as the base. Add cheesecake mixture followed by spice cake.
