  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb twisted pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the cubed chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with any remaining Italian seasoning, then fold in the pasta until coated.
  5. Serve warm with freshly chopped parsley on top.
