  • 8 ounces cow’s milk feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)
  • toasted baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Break the feta into pieces and rinse under cold water in a fine mesh strainer, then drain well.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes. Warm over medium heat until simmering, then remove from heat.
